OUT TO SEA
ON VIDEO aboard Bell Atlantic Cruise
Bell Atlantic rewards its top performing employees with a
week-long luxury vacation. This year the Radisson Diamond was
chartered for a private Caribbean cruise and ON VIDEO went along
to document the fun. The voyage included visits to San Juan,
Tortola, St. Barts and St. Maarten as well as all the five-star
pleasures of life on board a luxury liner. ON VIDEO's videographer
captured the sights and sounds, which were broadcast daily into
each stateroom during the cruise. After returning home, the footage
was edited into a 40-minute video that told the story of the
cruise. A souvenir copy was given to each employee who went on
the trip, and a copy was distributed to each Bell Atlantic office
as an incentive for all employees eligible for next year's trip. |
GOLD MEDAL PROGRAM
Video motivates the team
To illustrate the theme of goal setting and perseverance,
ON VIDEO recently created a motivational video that told a story
of success and accomplishment. Sedgwick Claims Management Services
employees gathered in Memphis, TN to brainstorm, set objectives
and find methods for improving business. To set the mood for
the sessions and to illustrate the theme of the event, ON VIDEO's
production, titled: "Your Next Great Idea" was shown.
This program uses historical footage to tell the story of an
Olympic athlete who broke records and made history. ON VIDEO
researched the story, located the video footage needed, and arranged
the necessary licensing and permissions with the U.S. Olympic
Committee. U.S.O.C. guidelines prohibit mention of the athlete's
name or use of any visuals from the program here on this website,
but private screenings of the finished program can be arranged
at the ON VIDEO facilities. |

NOW HEAR THIS
Bridgestone / Firestone spreads the news
ON VIDEO recently completed production of a 'video newsletter'
for Bridgestone / Firestone retail stores throughout the Northeast
United States. The Zone Director in charge of the East Coast
used the video to deliver a status report to each employee. It
would have been impossible to personally visit all 333 stores
in 14 states, so the video was used to spread the message in
a memorable but economical format. The video reviewed the success
of the preceding quarter and introduced new goals and objectives
for every store in the zone. ON VIDEO provided location shooting,
editing, duplication and distribution of the finished program. |
IN PRODUCTION:
A TV Trip Through Time
ON VIDEO is currently in production for a unique video program
that will be used at an upcoming corporate event. The event is
being billed as "A Look Back at the Music of the 20th Century."
It will be a dinner/dance fashioned after a New Year's Eve party.
The evening will be 'narrated' by a Dick Clark imposter making
TV reports "Live" from Times Square in New York projected
on large video screens throughout the ballroom. These segments
will be recorded in the ON VIDEO studios using a bluescreen chroma
key effect. The Dick Clark character (portrayed by a professional
actor) will be digitally transported to New York City by compositing
the stock video of Times Square behind the studio footage. Each
segment will represent a different decade of the century and
will be distinguished by period costumes and a script that uses
the slang and catch phrases of the era. After each recorded video
introduction, a live DJ will play the music from that decade
for the party-goers to enjoy. Finally, the evening will culminate
with a countdown to midnight, complete with confetti, noise-makers,
and a champagne toast as well as the 'ball drop' and fireworks
on video. |
